Hi, I’m Richard McPhail, an assessor for the Green Homes Concierge service.
We provide support and advice to people wanting to reduce the carbon emissions of their homes. If we all put energy saving measures into our homes in London, we could save on average £300 a year each.
The key to making a house greener is to reduce its carbon emissions and Green Homes provides advice and support on what steps can be taken in order to do this.
As every home and every householder is different, Green Homes works on an individual basis by providing a tailored service.
This is how the Green Homes Concierge service works.
A customer signs up for a one year service. An initial assessment is made of your home to identify where you can make changes. A tailored improvement plan is then produced in agreement with the customer.
Over the next year, a support manager works with the customer to implement the improvement plan and goals; taking all the hassle out of finding competitive quotes, commissioning work and project managing any home improvements.
The customer pays for any work carried out on their home. The service costs just £199.99. You get a warmer, greener home without the hassle. We do the lot, so you can do your bit.
